All submitted content must be lawful, accurate to the best of the user's knowledge, and submitted with proper authorization.
Prohibited Information
To protect users and maintain platform security, the following information must not be uploaded, submitted, or stored on the Platform:
- Social Security numbers (SSNs)
- Bank account numbers
- Routing numbers
- Debit or credit card numbers
- Tax identification numbers
- Online banking credentials
- Financial login information of any kind
- Any sensitive personal data not directly required for offer review
The Platform is not designed to collect, process, transmit, or safeguard this information.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they submit. By uploading or submitting information, you represent that:
- You have the legal right and authority to submit the information
- The information does not violate privacy, confidentiality, or contractual obligations
- The information complies with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards
Monitoring and Enforcement
To maintain system integrity, Present My Offer reserves the right to:
- Restrict, remove, or disable content that violates these standards
- Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations
- Retain records as required for audit, compliance, dispute resolution, or legal obligations
Present My Offer does not actively review all submissions but may take action when violations are identified.
