Negotiation, acceptance, execution, and settlement of transactions are conducted by the parties and their chosen professionals through their usual channels.
Acceptable Content
You May Submit:
Users may submit information customarily shared during offer review, including:
- Offer price and terms
- Financing type (e.g., cash, conventional, FHA, VA)
- Contingencies and waivers
- Closing timelines
- Seller concessions
- Supporting documents customarily exchanged for offer evaluation
All submitted content must be lawful, accurate to the best of the user's knowledge, and submitted with proper authorization.
Prohibited Information
To protect users and maintain platform security, the following information must not be uploaded, submitted, or stored on the Platform:
- Social Security numbers (SSNs)
- Bank account numbers
- Routing numbers
- Debit or credit card numbers
- Tax identification numbers
- Online banking credentials
- Financial login information of any kind
- Any sensitive personal data not directly required for offer review
Offer review never requires this information. Keep it in the systems built for it: your lender, escrow, and title providers.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they submit. By uploading or submitting information, you represent that:
- You have the legal right and authority to submit the information
- The information does not violate privacy, confidentiality, or contractual obligations
- The information complies with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards
Monitoring and Enforcement
To maintain system integrity, Present My Offer reserves the right to:
- Restrict, remove, or disable content that violates these standards
- Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations
- Retain records as required for dispute resolution or legal obligations
Present My Offer does not actively review all submissions but may take action when violations are identified.

Any summaries, comparisons, analytics, or system-generated outputs are provided for informational and organizational purposes only.
